GrowthIntel may collect account information such as name, email address, password hash, session records, membership status, support requests, settings, preferences, alert settings and product activity needed to operate the service.

GrowthIntel may collect analytics and technical information such as page views, feature usage, approximate device/browser information, referral information, error logs, timestamps, IP-derived security signals and performance events to keep the product reliable and improve it.

GrowthIntel may process watchlists, portfolio inputs, saved preferences, feedback, support conversations and research activity that users choose to provide inside the product.

Payment checkout is handled by Stripe or another payment provider. GrowthIntel stores payment-provider customer, checkout, invoice and subscription identifiers needed to manage access, but does not store full card numbers, CVV codes or sensitive payment credentials.

GrowthIntel uses data to create accounts, provide free and Premium access, run support, prevent abuse, maintain security, send transactional messages, understand product usage and improve features.

Some GrowthIntel features use third-party providers for hosting, databases, analytics, email, payments, market data, AI processing or support infrastructure. These providers may process limited data only as needed to provide their services.

GrowthIntel may retain records where needed for account security, audit logs, payment history, support history, legal compliance, dispute handling, backups and business records.

Users can request access, correction, deletion or export of personal information where applicable by law. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, legal, payment, audit or legitimate business reasons.

Users should not submit passwords, full payment card numbers, security codes, API secrets or other highly sensitive information into support chat, AI prompts or feedback forms.
